These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the tng99 platform. Please read them carefully before creating an account or placing any bets. By accessing the platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms in full.

You must be at least 21 years of age to create an account or place any bet on tng99. Age verification (KYC) is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited.
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal. Requirements vary by promotion (typically 10x–35x). Maximum bet while a bonus is active is generally capped at RM50 per round unless otherwise stated.

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and tng99 ("tng99", "the Platform", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the tng99 website located at https://tng99.cam and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, and promotional offers made available through the Platform.
By accessing the tng99 Platform, creating a registered account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or claiming any bonus or promotional offer, you confirm that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you unconditionally agree to be bound by them. Each Player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered Account on the Platform at any given time. This single-account restriction applies across all devices, IP addresses, and household members. Where tng99 detects or reasonably suspects that a Player holds, or has attempted to create, duplicate accounts, we reserve the right to:
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact telephone number. You must promptly update your Account information if any details change. Providing false or misleading registration information constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate Account closure.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your Account credentials with any third party. tng99 will not be held liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account resulting from your failure to safeguard your credentials. If you suspect unauthorised access to your Account, you must notify our support team immediately via Live Chat or email.
An Account is considered inactive if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. tng99 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of up to RM10 per month on dormant Accounts after the first twelve months of inactivity, provided the Account balance is positive. Players will be notified by email before any inactivity fees are applied. Accounts with a zero balance after the inactivity period may be closed at tng99's discretion.
tng99 operates a mandatory Know Your Customer (KYC) verification programme in accordance with international anti-money laundering (AML) standards and responsible gambling obligations. KYC verification is required before any withdrawal request can be processed.

tng99 aims to complete KYC review within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) business hours of receiving a complete and legible documentation submission. Players will be notified by email upon successful verification or if additional documentation is required.
tng99 reserves the right to request enhanced due diligence documentation in cases where the Platform's internal risk procedures require it, including but not limited to high-value transactions, unusual account activity patterns, or where source-of-funds verification is deemed necessary. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in Account suspension and delay of withdrawal processing.
tng99 accepts deposits via a range of Malaysian payment methods. All deposits must be made from payment accounts that are held in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.
The following payment channels are currently supported for deposits on the Platform:
Minimum deposit amounts and maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit. As a general guide, minimum deposits start from RM30 for e-wallet methods and RM50 for bank transfer methods. Maximum single deposits are subject to payment gateway limits and individual account tier limits. Players may set personal deposit limits through the Responsible Gambling section of their Account at any time.
tng99 does not charge fees for standard deposits via Malaysian payment methods. Any fees imposed by your payment provider are your own responsibility. Deposits must be in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) or cryptocurrency equivalent. Currency conversion, where applicable, will be processed at the prevailing exchange rate at the time of deposit.
If a deposit payment is declined or reversed by your bank or payment provider, tng99 reserves the right to void any bets placed using the corresponding funds and to reverse any winnings derived therefrom. Repeated chargebacks may result in Account suspension pending investigation.
tng99 is committed to processing withdrawal requests promptly and transparently. All withdrawals are subject to the conditions set out in this section.

tng99 does not impose withdrawal processing fees for standard Malaysian payment methods. Fees charged by third-party payment providers are the Player's responsibility. Cryptocurrency withdrawals may incur network fees (gas fees) which will be clearly displayed prior to confirmation.
Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts are displayed within the withdrawal interface. Maximum withdrawal amounts may vary based on Account tier, verification status, and the specific payment method selected. High-value withdrawals may be subject to enhanced compliance screening and may take additional processing time.
tng99 offers a range of promotional incentives to new and existing Players. All bonuses and promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer and to the general bonus conditions set out in this section. In the event of any conflict between specific promotion terms and these general conditions, the specific promotion terms shall take precedence.
Each bonus offer carries a specific wagering requirement, expressed as a multiplier (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x), which indicates the number of times the bonus amount must be wagered in qualifying games before the resulting winnings may be withdrawn. For example, a wagering requirement of 35x on an RM100 bonus requires the Player to place a total of RM3,500 in qualifying wagers before withdrawal of bonus-derived winnings is permitted.
While a Bonus is active on your Account, the maximum bet per round or spin is generally capped at RM50, unless the specific promotion terms state otherwise. Placing bets exceeding the stated maximum bet cap during an active Bonus period may result in the Bonus and any associated winnings being voided without notice.
Not all games contribute equally to the satisfaction of wagering requirements. As a general guideline:
All bonus offers carry an expiry window, typically 7, 14, or 30 calendar days from the date of claim, as specified in the individual promotion terms. If the wagering requirement is not fully satisfied before the expiry date, the bonus balance and any winnings derived from it will be automatically removed from the Account without further notice.
The following general rules apply to all sports betting and casino game activity on the tng99 Platform. Specific game rules are published within each game or market and are incorporated by reference into these Terms.
tng99 reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion, including but not limited to bets placed on erroneous odds, bets that exceed individual or market liability limits, or bets placed in circumstances that indicate potential abuse of the Platform. A bet is only accepted and binding once a confirmation reference has been issued to the Player.
In the event that tng99 publishes odds or game parameters that are materially incorrect due to a technical error, human error, or third-party data feed error ("palpable error"), tng99 reserves the right to void bets placed at erroneous prices and to refund the stake to the Player's Account. tng99 will not be liable for any winnings derived from a palpable error.
tng99 takes sports integrity seriously. Bets placed on sporting events in which a Player is directly involved as a participant, official, or other insider are strictly prohibited. Suspicious betting patterns may be reported to relevant sports governing bodies and law enforcement authorities. Winnings from bets identified as integrity violations will be voided and forfeited.
Live (in-play) betting markets are subject to temporary suspension during certain phases of play (e.g., immediately following a goal, red card, or injury in football). Bets submitted during a suspension period may be refused or voided. The final result as confirmed by the relevant official source will govern settlement of all live markets.
The following activities are expressly prohibited on the tng99 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Funds, and reporting to relevant authorities:
All content on the tng99 Platform — including but not limited to the tng99 brand name, logo, website design, user interface elements, software code, text, graphics, images, game content, and promotional materials — is the exclusive property of tng99 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not include the right to:
Any unauthorised use of tng99 Intellectual Property is a breach of these Terms and may give rise to legal action.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, tng99 shall not be liable to any Player for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising from or in connection with the use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits, even if tng99 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
tng99 does not warrant that the Platform will be available at all times without interruption. The Platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, technical failures, third-party service disruptions, or events beyond tng99's reasonable control. tng99 shall not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of Platform unavailability, including missed betting opportunities.
The Platform may reference or link to third-party content, services, or payment providers. tng99 does not endorse or accept responsibility for the accuracy, completeness, or legality of any third-party content. Your interactions with third-party providers are subject to their own terms and conditions.
You acknowledge that gambling involves financial risk and that you may lose money. tng99 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through your use of the Platform, including losses arising from your betting decisions. You are solely responsible for managing your gambling activity within your personal financial means.

You may close your Account at any time by contacting tng99 customer support via Live Chat or email. Upon closure, any verified withdrawable balance (excluding Bonus funds not yet meeting wagering requirements) will be processed using your registered payment method within the standard withdrawal processing timeframe. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, you may request permanent self-exclusion instead of standard closure.
tng99 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:
Where an Account is closed by tng99 due to a confirmed breach of these Terms, tng99 reserves the right to retain all Funds within the Account pending investigation and, where fraud or prohibited conduct is established, to forfeit such Funds.
These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which tng99 holds its primary operating licence, as updated from time to time.
In the event of any dispute between you and tng99, you should first contact our customer support team via Live Chat or email, providing full details of your complaint. tng99 will acknowledge your complaint within 48 hours and aim to provide a substantive response within 10 business days.
If a dispute is not resolved to your satisfaction through the internal complaints process, you may escalate the matter to the applicable dispute resolution body under tng99's operating licence. Details of the applicable dispute resolution body are available upon request from our support team.
Any claim or dispute arising from your use of the Platform must be raised within six (6) months of the event giving rise to the claim. Claims not raised within this period are time-barred and tng99 will have no obligation to address them.
